Return & Exchange
We understand that sometimes there might be human error during the packing and logistics process. In the case of faulty, missing or wrong items received please kindly:
1. drop us a message for refund requests within 28 days and,
2. return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.
3. We'll give you a full refund after we receive the returned item.

We do not accept refund request for items that are not faulty and we do not do exchanges.
Returned items remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! Do ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Cost of return parcels will not be borne by us.

Shipping Policy
We only ship within Singapore at the moment.
We work with trusting shipping companies and will ensure best shipping practises. However as shipping companies are external parties, we will not be held responsible for any delay or lost of items in delivery process.
